"One half of a family room is not a double room!!!"
First impressions of the hotel were excellent but it became worse. We booked a standard double room but were accommodated in a splitted family room. We heard everything through the connecting door (more so there were Italians) - not an experience we expected from a 4 star property. We complained, but the staff was not helpful. The room itself was nice […] and very modern, but that noise ruined our stay in the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel is serving italian breakfast which consisted of poor choice of low quality products. "Elegante, di classe e in zona tranquillissima!!!"
Un hotel veramente bello! Moderno e nuovissimo, con tutte le camere dotate di tv 32 pollici e un arredamento davvero di classe! Wi-Fi internet a pagamento, colazione ottima e a buffet (molta roba anche se unica pecca le macchinette per la caffetteria)... Zona Aurelia, vicino Vaticano ma in quartiere davvero tranquillo. Ruhige Lage, Bus (Nr. 881 oder 98) hält direkt vor dem Hotel und bringt einen direkt zum Vatikan und zur Altstadt (15 min). In der direkten Umgebung ist allerdings sehr wenig los. Das Zimmer und Hotel waren zu 98% sehr sauber. Der Service war sehr zufriedenstellend. italienisches Frühstück wie erwartet nicht besonders und jeden Tag das Gleiche! aber […] 3 Tage war es akzeptabel. Transfer ohne Metro von T. "DA APREZZARE LA VOGLIA DI PUNTARE IN ALTO"
Valutazione positiva, per il prezzo e il rapporto qualità. E' evidente che vogliono puntare in alto, che vogliono essere un 4 stelle vero..ma ci sono delle accortezze che andrebbero prese sul serio. LA COLAZIONE: le cameriere burine che ridono e scherzano tra di loro, quando magari tu avresti bisogno di un aiuto. Il cibo è comunque buono, anche English […] Breakfast. LA CAMERA: simile ad una camera NH...da lontano! :) Pulita, ma appena due prese elettriche! La disposizione dei mobili un pò a casaccio (non puoi aprire un'anta dell'armadio perchè c'è davanti il comodino...). Ho apprezzato tantissimo il cambio delle asciugamani tutti i giorni. IL PERSONALE: molto gentili e disponibili (a parte quelli del ristorante/colazione) INTERNET: 3€ per 3 ore o 6€ per 24 ore, ma mi pare di aver visto solo un pc nella hall. "Das ESH liegt etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums mit guter Anbindung an das Busnetz"
Wir haben drei Nächte im ESH verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und auskunftsfreudig (englisch + italienisch), die Sauberkeit im und um das Hotel war sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Personal des Frühstückservices sehr zuvorkommend. Die Anbindung an das Busnetz war gut (10 Min zum Petersplatz […] - Fahrkarten bereits am Flughafen kaufen!).
