Hotel location is excellent. Several very good restaurants in close proximity. Room was large but very dark. Only one lamp in seating area making it difficult to read. Sofa and chair in this area very uncomfortable. Bathroom had a very low ceiling making it difficult for a 6ft man to stand straight up while shaving. Information on how things worked […] in the room missing. Public areas were very pleasant and included Breakfast was ample. Some staff were very helpful others standoffish. "Great Hotel in Rome"
We loved the Residenza di Ripetta Hotel as it was clean, convenient and very provincial. The courtyard was beautiful and the breakfast was the best we've had in Italy so far. Our only complaint was concerning the air-conditioning. We had it on full strength and it barely came up. I guess these older building can only provide so much comfort. Great hotel, great location. Rooms were very comfortable, great shower/bath tub, twice a day cleaning service. 10 to 20 min. walking distance from most popular attractions in Rome. Breakfast was great, served in a beautiful courtyard in the middle of the hotel. Only complaint was the air condition which was working but not very well. Hotellet ligger fint, nära Piazza de Popolo, Spanska Trappan och shoppinggatan Via Del Corso. Frukosten var riktigt bra. Hade hört från bekanta att frukosten i Rom var dålig men inte här. Perfekt att börja dagen med ordentligt med mat. Vi fick en svit på hotellet och den var stor och rymlig. Det konstiga var bara att man inte hade fyllt rummet. Det […] fanns ett skrivbord och en säng. Et "gammelt" ærverdig hotell, med dyktige ansatte. Frokosten var enkel. men hadde alt vi har behov for, og den var fint tilbredt. Ligger like ved en av byens mange shoppinggater, og i gåavstand til flere av de store severdighetene (spanske trapper, Trevi fontenen, etc.). Flott opphold i en strålende by. Hotellet ligger meget sentralt til det meste av alt fra severdigheter, spisesteder til shoppingmuligheter. 5 min til det meste. Hotellet hadde god løsning med suite til familien på 4 med god plass. Litt utdatert standard på rommet, men greit nok. Rent og pent og meget hyggelig betjening. Som alltid i Europa er dette […] med aircondition bare tull, og vi fikk en tullete forklaring om at de dessverre ikke kunne skru på aircondition pga lover i Roma. Rommet var 25-27 grader om natten og helt håpløst å sove i slikt klima. At Europeiske hoteller ikke snart skjønner at de mest grunnleggende tingene må være på plass for at de skal overleve - dvs. romtemperatur og en god seng... ロイヤルスイーツを予約し、ＢＥＤを3台リクエストしました。最初、通された部屋が写真で見たのと違うと感じたので、その旨をいうと、他の３部屋をみせてくださって、その中で私たちの気に入った部屋に替えてくださいました。ちなみに全て違う部屋のしつらえだそうです。デイトリップの案内の他、細やかなところまでよく気がついてくださり、快適に過ごせました。スペイン広場あたりもすぐですし、バチカン方面にも歩けますし、ほとんどの観光地は徒歩圏内で12月にしては暖かく良い空気を吸ってたくさん歩きまわりました。ロビーでフリーｗｉｆｉがあったのも良かったです。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

A rua do hotel estava com o transito impedido devido reforma no calcamento, sem acesso a taxis. Tivemos que carregar as malas por mais de 2 quadras. O hotel nao dispunha de toalhas de banho limpas, deixaram 2 toalhas de rosto para cada hospede. O hotel e lindo e o cafe da manha e muito bom. "Terrible Experiencia"
Al llegar al hotel nos sorprendimos de nuestra habitacion, la ventana daba directamente a una mesa del restaurante en el cual ponian musica,asi que no solo era ruido de comensales sino de la musica. La habitacion estaba absolutamente sucia ademas de incomoda. Al quejarme la solucion que me dieron fue pagar 50 Euros mas por noche, por una habitación […] lejos del restaurante. La nueva habitación estaba aun mas sucia, perdimos todo el día en arreglar este problema, hasta que el sub- gerente accedió a que limpiaran la habitación. Eso no fue lo peor, el tubo de la cortina de bano estaba sobre puesto y al meterse a banar mi esposa, el tubo le cayo en la cabeza y le provoco una fuerte caida provocando múltiples lesiones.
