Make sure you get a room with a personal bathroom in it otherwise you'll be sharing with a couple other travelers. You also need to make sure you have... the phone number of the hotel on hand as the owners dont stick around all day. Don't bother trying to walk up the steps if the door is open because once you actually get to "Casa Cleo" the only thing you can do is knock and like I said the owners probably won't be there anyway. For the price and location YOU WILL NOT find a better deal. It was a 7 minute walk from the Termini and about another 7 to the Coloseum. The neighborhood was safe and had a couple of great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The owners were extremely friendly and wanted to help out with anything they could. Yes your breakfast is a coffee and pastry from next door....get over it! What were you expecting with the price you pay for the hotel? This isn't the Plaza in NYC but you're in Rome and should be out exploring from the second you wake up til you're ready to go to bed! Enjoy! by Jeffrey from Medford on 03/13/13
