The owner and the staff was very friendly and courteous except the old man, who speak Spanish only, at the mid-night. People are helpful because they keep the clothes I left rather than throw it away. The location is good if you know how to get there. It's 10 mins walk from Termini. Better check the google map and print it out. Walk along the rail and […] go through the tunnel, then you will find it in a minute. Remember to ask for a card for wi-fi when you check in. "Really nice and friendly hotel in a great area"
We had a great stay here - the staff were extremely friendly even with our bad italian! The area around the hotel is really nice, we went to several restaurants within 5 mins walk of the hotel which were delicious and inexpensive - they were mostly filled with locals too which is always a good sign.
