"Unsatisfactory hotel experience"
The hotel wasn't very clean. The room didn't have a fan or air con, in Rome in August! It was far too small. The shower was the smallest I've ever seen. The room has lightbulbs missing, a broken shower curtain and inadequate space for a family of five as booked. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! "Think again"
Staff was the best thing about this hotel- friendly and helpful. The rest was shocking- would give it a 0 if I could. Not a good neighbourhood at all, although the eateries nearby are pretty good. Breakfast is not a real breakfast. We didn't get one night's sleep without multiple alarms and bottles smashing on the street outside the hotel.
