The women working at Residenza Ki were wonderful and helpful (preparing breakfast and cleaning the rooms), the men were useless and did not take care of problems, such as internet access and TV. We had no internet access in our room even thought it was supposed to be included, and we had 3 nights without TV, thereafter just 1 channel. We paid for service […] we did not get.
