We had four rooms. One had a foul odor never corrected one room had faulty air conditioner never corrected. One of the two elevator was out of service.

Rooms were the smallest we have ever stayed in. We could barely fit two suitcases, one had to be opened in the bathroom. Rooms were clean which is a bonus. Staff forgot to let us know that our laundry wasn't done as the cleaner was closed, unfortunately this has meant an expensive item of clothing has been ruined. Not impressed. Have been to this hotel for the second time in three months. Chose it again only for its location near a place I needed to attend frequently. Staff - helpful and kind, although it was an ordeal to reach the receptions by phone from the room. Rooms - Extremely small (and I have been to small hotel rooms before). You literally run the risk of falling […] or hitting some furnitur while trying to "walk" in the room. Door won't open and close smoothly. Internet connection: horrible, terrible, no words to describe. I an a business man who usually work from the hotel room. Getting a connection was a real nightmare and when one eventually gets it, it is so slow and of low signal. In a three days stay I had to call the reception 4 times to beg them to relaunch their routers. The problem was even worse in my first visit. Breakfast - poor!!! staff eager clear the tables and end their shift. All in all, bad experience for the price paid. Wouldn't recommend the hotel at all. Read more

Wasn't told that we would have to pay city tax by cash only when we checked in, so when it came to checking out we had not enough cash left. Ultimately we had to spend the last 2 hours of our holiday looking for a cash machine that worked, not the last impression of Rome we wanted. Also reception staff ignored our presence at reception took 15 minutes […] before we were acknowledged they continued just to keep answering the phone. Maid kept opening window letting Mosquitos in and we got bitten to death. Hotel not 4 star more basic 3 star. No ironing facilities. Location lots back alley streets and ugly buildings. Positive note 2 min walk to metro and 15 min walk to coleseum. Pictures of courtyard aren't of hotel!!!! Read more

In my opinion this hotel whould not be classed as a 4*. Whilst it may be large and in a convenient (ish) location the rooms are tiny. My twin was basically 2 single beds with about an inche of space in between them making the room very cramped with hardly enough room for two people to walk around in. By the 3rd night the air con could suddenly no longer […] be controlled by us and everytime we wanted it on or off we had to call down to the main reception to have it switched on or off which was very annoying. The hotel staff thought this was amusing, they offered no explanation as to why it could suddenly no longer be controlled by us. The hotel was in a convenient location, about a 10 minute walk to the colloseum and a 2 minute walk to the nearest Metro but this wasn't enough for what was in the end an uncomfortable stay. Me pareció muy costoso para lo que realmente se ofrece. No parece un 4 estrellas, la atención es poco cordial, la recepcionista era la toreda. Solicite servicio de lavandería y nunca lavaron la ropa. Realmente fue decepcionante la estancia en ese hotel.

Hotellet har en god beliggenhed, som ligger centralt og tæt på metro og Collossaum. Men udsigten var til en smal gyde, og det hyggelige billede som ses af hotellets baghave er misvisende. Det er slet ikke den udsigt man får. Værelserne er trænge og sengene meget smalle. Badeværelset er lille og trængt. Men det mest irreterende er de tynde vægge. Der […] er meget lyt og man vækkes af støj fra rengøringspersonale og andre gæster. Endvidere respekterer rengøringspersonale ikke 'Do not disturb' skilt. Blev alle 6 morgenener vækket af en banken på døren og spm om vi ville have rengjort vær. Da vi sagde nej tak og lagde os til at sove ringede receptionisten for at bekræfte at vi ikke ønskede rengøring. Det skete alle tre gange vi ønskede at sove længe. Hotellrommet var en stor skuffelse,veldi, veldig trangt og lite, utslitt og møkkete teppe på gulvet. Spisesal og mat var helt ok, daglig renhold også.

Parti en couple, nous avons eu une très petite chambre donnant sur une rue assez calme. Le seul endroit pour ranger les affaires était une penderie qui, lorsqu'on en ouvrait la porte, butait contre le lit et empêchait le passage. Le sommier du lit était plutôt assez dur. La salle de douche était correcte, sans plus. Il n’y avait pas de gobelet pour […] se laver les dents. Nous avons du prendre les verres dédiés normalement au minibar. L'eau de la douche devenait très froide ou brulante périodiquement avant de revenir à une température correcte. Il n'y a aucun commerce ou restaurant près de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner de type américain était très correct. Il y avait une grande variété de plats proposés. Je recommande le capuccino à la machine à café qui était très bon. L'hôtel se situe près du métro ou de lignes de bus et de tramways. Pour ces derniers, la réception n'a pas été capable de donner un plan de bus qui aurait pourtant été utile pour se déplacer à Rome qui ne compte que 2 lignes de métro. Si je dois revenir à Rome un jour, je ne reprendrai pas cet hôtel. Outre ses défauts précédemment cités, il n’était pas proche des points importants de Rome. Cependant, sa qualité première est d’être proche du métro, ce qui n’est pas toujours évident à Rome. Read more
