Rome’s central train station, Termini is the entry point to the city from Fiumicino Airport, and is an impressive modern architectural sight. Between here and glamorous Via Veneto, there are several interesting places to visit. The Palazzo Barberini is a superb baroque palace, the Terme di Diocleziano was the city’s largest bath complex and the Church of Santa Maria della Concezione is remarkable for its Capuchin monks’ crypt.

"No luxury at all"
This hotel was far below 5 stars, three stars would be more appropriate. Service at the reception was ignorant as was in the breakfast restaurant. Breakfast room was not cleaned quickly enough, coffee was cold. The selection of bread was below all standards. The room on the 8th floor was a nightmare being extremely noisy due to the restaurant above. […] Only during 1:30 - 6.30 there was a time slot for sleeping. It seems that all the furniture in the restaurant are moved from one place to another twice or three times a day (for breakfast and for evening) and the noice was like being in the middle of refurbishment all the time. Two small lifts and the other was broken during my 3 -day stay. It took 15 minutes from the 8th floor to the ground on the last morning! It was almost impossible to take a shower as there was only a very unconvenient, narrow, high bath tube in the middle of the floor and water was splashing everywhere on the floor without any drain to go away. My experience is that as a middle aged woman travelling alone and not expected to complain, I was put into a room which is very well known to be too noisy for anybody. In addition, unprofessionally, the receptionist took it for granted that I am on holiday. The only positive thing was the excellent location near Termini at via Nazionale. "Ok men inte mer"
Hotellet ser bättre ut på "pappret" än vad det faktiskt är. Känslan är ett finare hotell men det brister i detaljerna vilket gör att det inte känns så fint. De utlovar wifi men det är mycket långsamt och tappar kontakten. Dessutom fanns det inte täckning på mitt rum. Fönster drar och är dåligt ljudisolerade mot den trafikerade gatan.
