Overall very satisfied with hotel and location. The only con would be the size of the room - extremely small. Smaller than the room at a 3 star hotel we had just left in Florence. Hotel staff was extremely helpful with all requests.

The staff at this hotel was so helpful and since I was traveling alone and did not speak the language they did whatever they could to accommodate me. The website pictures did not give this hotel justice. It was huge and the rooms were very big for European rooms. Nice breakfast and in a great area.

We were here for 3 nights while visiting all the sites in Rome. The hotel was in a very central location, conveniently a block from the Metro station and within walking distance to all major sites! From the hotel to the Colosseum was less than a 10 minute walk. The Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain were also very close to the hotel. The only downside […] of the hotel's location is that it is not near a lot of restaurants, though the shopping in the area more than makes up for it! The only problem I had with the hotel room was that not all of the outlets worked and I had to end up charging my phone in the bathroom. Other than that minor issue this place was great! Also, the front desk staff speak excellent English and are superbly helpful showing you restaurants to go to and how to get to specific locations! Read more

I stayed at the Eurostars for three days and four nights. The room was clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is quite convenient because most of the attractions were in a walking distance from the hotel (although for those who are not used for walking for more than 4 blocks, it could present a challenge). This hotel is in a good location and has all of the basics you need for your stay with them. They will address any question or request that you have however they do so with an attitude of 'we're doing you a favor' I felt they were a bit condescending. This hotel has a good location that is within walking distance of the metro. It is clean and impressive looking on the inside and outside. The breakfast was large with a wide variety of foods. My only complaint was that the bathroom had a strange odor when I first arrived, it may have been related to a cleaning solution.

The title says it all. Via Nazionale was perfect to catch buses to other locations, to stroll for shops or coffee spots. Walking distance to everything. This hotel is located perfectly to see the sights of Rome! It's close to train station, a taxi stand is one block away. We were able to walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Trevi Fountain is close. We took a cab to the Vatican to catch the early tour there but walked back, catching Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Trevi fountain. The hotel has air, […] which was welcome as we visited in August. The room was falling apart, the closet door and the shower doors would not open and close properly. We informed the desk and maintance came up but still did not repair properly. No Coffee in teh room! No coffee in the lobby, you either had to pay for breakfast or leave the Hotel for coffee in the morning.

The online pictures are decieving. The hotel is right on a busy street with a major bus line running in front. There is no onsite coffee unless you buy breakfast and at check out I was told that there was a 15 Euro city tax charge that had to be paid in cash only. This hotel is situated just about midway between the major sights of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and the Vatican complex. Everything is easily reachable by foot or metro. I HIGHLY recommend getting a Roma Pass (25 Euros in March 2011)) which takes care of all metro travel and entry into 2 of your first major site visits. Our first 2 were the Colosseum […] and the Roman Forum. The hotel was of excellent quality. The only thing that was a minor drawback, and you will see this throughout European travel, is the open air shower with the half door. This arrangement always allows for water to collect on the bathroom floor outside of the shower. So as long as you know that going into it, take reasonable precautionary measures, and realize you're on vacation in Rome - WHO CARES! One other thing to point out is that the neighborhood where this hotel is located is quite safe and there are many shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The room was not as pictured on the hotels.com website. It was very small and cramped. The front desk was grossly understaffed when we arrived and the staff was not very helpful with explaining how to get to the room, help with luggage, etc. I was disappointed overall.

I had stayed here once before and chose it again to stay with my friends who were travelling Europe. We had a triple room that was spacious enough for the 3 of us to be comfortable. The room was kept clean and it was excellent to have a mini fridge available during the hot weather. We were on the side of the hotel facing the busy Via Nazionale but […] we had no problems with traffic noise and slept well each night. The hotel is in an excellent position to explore Rome as it is near the Termini station as well as Reppublica Metro stop. The walk into the historic centre is also very easy and we walked for most of our stay. We walked to just about every attraction in Rome from this very conveniently positioned hotel. Although it was located on a main road, we did not hear any street or traffic noise. Our room was spacious, neat and comfortable and the bathroom facilities were exactly what we had craved after 4 weeks on the move. How should I put it; somebody stole stuff from our room during or after last cleanup. Hotel wireless network connection is basically useless at least on 3rd floor. ５月半ばに滞在しましたが、夕方から寒くなるので暖房を入れたいと思い、フロントで尋ねると、この季節は暖房ではなく冷房しか入れられないとフロントの女性に冷たくあしらわれました。フロントの女性の対応には不満でしたが、朝食もおいしかったし、お部屋もきれいで、全体的には満足しました。利便性も地下鉄の駅のすぐ近くでバスも多くのラインが利用できるのでとても良いです。

Flot hotel med venlig og fin betjening. Værelset var lidt lille men helt fint, og der var et skønt badeværelse. Meget central beliggenhed i gåafstand til mange seværdigheder. Kan helt sikkert anbefales, og vi vil gerne bo på samme hotel en anden gang.

Das Eurostars International Palace liegt ideal um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Rom zu Fuss zu erkunden. Schönes altes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service, wir hatten zum Glück unser Zimmer Richtung Innenhof, war dadurch ruhig. Weiss nicht wie es ist in Richtung Strasse da diese sehr verkehrsreich ist.

Wyposażenie pokoi podstawowe tylko, nawet w dwuosobowym o wyższym standardzie był jeden fotel.
