"Terrible Hotel"
This hotel had a good location (close to the metro) and nice rooms. However, the service was terrible! The people working the reception desk wouldn't help you and were downright mean! The servers in the restaurant didn't want to serve you food... it was too much trouble. They only wanted to serve you drinks... And, asking for seperate checks (I was […] on business) was like the world was coming to an end. The servers actually argued with me and lied to me... Only when I refused to pay the check did I get a seperate check. I also had a group of 22 people with me. The others were treated no better... The poor customer service skills were not limited to one or two people. It seemed to be rampant among all the staff and management. "THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN"
Awfull location!!! The hotel looks abandoned, the wall, the floors, everything is badly cleaned, the photos are a total lie. DONT GO. It's expensive, and totally not worth it.
