My family and I enjoyed this hotel very much. This was our second stay there and it keeps satisfying us. However, there were a couple of things that... could be improved. First, I remember it having a great little restaurant. This time we went the restaurant was gone, and what's left is a little bar that where even though food is good, it doesn't compare with a restaurant service. It is a nice solution if you want to have a small dinner in the comfort of your hotel after a long day of sight-seeing, but don't expect it to be of five star restaurant quality. Also, something that needs to be improved is the internet service. You can access internet for free at the lobby but you have to pay to have service in your room. Very bad feature considering that in our trip we stayed in cheaper hotels in other cities and had wireless service in our rooms. Why can't you just get internet in the room for free as it is at the lobby? makes no sense to me. So if you want internet make sure to bring your laptop and prepare yourself to be sitting at a lobby couch for however long you want to surf the net. TRansportation is good since you have a bus stop right by the hotel and can take it to the closest metro station or the bus #881 can take you straight to the vatican city and make your way through the city from there. Overall it is a nice hotel, quite and offers a GREAT buffet breakfast. I would stay there again. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 30, 2012
