For what we paid for this hotel and what we were reading about hotels in Italy we were not expecting much and were pleasantly surprised. The room was more like what I expect form an american hotel but not quite as big. Very well kept and fancy. It is not in the center of rome but it is really easy to get to and not far at all. The hotel gives directions on arriving via monorail note that they do not announce the stops on the monorail so it is the first stop after the monorail turns. After you exit you cross the park by going around the back of the monorail then it is just one block the the right and then one to the left. Good breakfast included staff speaks english. Read more

The hotel was really nice and our room was beautiful! The location is in the midst of the Roman suburbs. It is not near any of any of the tourist attractions so I wouldn't suggest it for tourists. I was traveling with my fiance who is italian and have been to Rome a few times as well so we were both comfortable using public transportation. The train […] stop was covenient but you did have to ride the train to the metro station and then switch to be able to get on any of the tourist tracks. This hotel exceeded all our expectations with service, amenities and comfort. The beautifully decorated room led to a cute patio area and the bathroom had heated towel rack! The entire staff was so helpful, assisting us with booking a taxi to the airport early the following morning and providing us with complimentary shuttle service to the city center/sights […] which is about a ten minutes car ride. Receptionists were really helpful with city information and local's habits. Room was clean, and breakfast is outstanding. Even though breakfast is from 7 am to 10 am, sometimes you can get it afterward at no extra cost =). They have no iron in the room nor in the hotel.

This hotel is beautiful, the staff is very helpful and the the room was great, as well as the breakfast the next morning. The hotel is on the outskirts of Rome, but you can take a bus right around the corner, or you can walk a couple of blocks down to the subway which can take you to the key places of beautiful Rome. I highly recommend this hotel!

Villa Glori is a lovely little hotel on the edge of Rome. The staff were friendly and helpful (advising us not to buy the queue jump ticket for the vatican museum for example, even though they'd make some more money from it!) and breakfast was a good spread. There isn't a great deal around in the local neighbourhood as it's quite residential, but it's […] about a 20minute walk to the edge of the sights, 30minutes to the Vatican and about an hour to walk to the Colosseum, but for those who don't like to walk you can get a tram or bus too. A lovely hotel, outside of the hustle and bustle of the city but only 5 minutes on the tram to the city centre. The rooms and hotel itself were spotless and decorated beautifully. Breakfast was good too. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends who are travelling to Rome soon.

This hotel was superb, cannot fault it in any way. Decor charming, spotless, and very inviting. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Set in a quiet leafy suburb of Rome, yet minutes from the centre by a number 2 Tram. Highly reccommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Will definately reccomend to others and would stay there again. The location was very central. It was easy to get to the main sights. The tram took about 5 minutes and was about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were friendly, the hotel was immaculate and the breakfast was very good.

My husband and I spent three nights at Villa Glori and were delighted with every aspect of it. It is perhaps a fifteen minute walk from the Piazza de Popolo,which is the beginning of the main city centre of Rome.We found the walk fine but we also took the tram on some days down to Piazza de Popolo which was really convenient as the tram stop was just […] across the road from the hotel and trams were very frequent(every few minutes). We bought a 'ROMA PASS' which for three days enabled us to travel unlimited within the city via tram,bus or metro and this cost eleven euros each,which we thought was excellent value. I have already recommended Villa Glori Hotel to several friends and if we are fortunate enough to reurn to Rome will definately book this hotel without looking at possible others. Ich war jetzt für 5 Tage in Rom und habe mit meiner Schwester in diesem schönen Hotel übernachtet. Es ist sehr Zentrum nah, wir sind alles zu Fuss gegangen. Entweder am Fluss entlang oder Via Flamina immer gerade aus. Das Hotel ist sehr, sehr sauber, wir waren echt überrascht, sogar die Fensterklappen! Die Ausstattung ist einwandfrei und das Badezimmer […] hat alles was man braucht. Da es ein Stadthotel ist, ist es natürlich echt klein, die Zimmer sowohl auch das Badezimmer. Jag och mamma är supernöjda med hotellet. Allt var perfekt, personalen var hur snälla och hjälpsamma som helst. Hotellet ligger mycket centralt också, det tar endast max 5 minuter med spårvagn till stan och dessa spårvagnar går väldigt ofta. Frukosten var mycket god! Rummet var fint och rent. Rekommenderar verkligen det här hotellet!

Ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo, personale a dir poco eccellente e preparato,pulizia perfetta e accurata e non per ultimo ottima colazione a buffet.Unico appunto la stanza a me assegnata abbastanza piccola ma dopotutto io in hotel vado solo a dormire quindi è abbastanza trascurabile.

Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader, zeker wanneer je 's avonds even tot rust wil komen na een dagje in het wel zeer drukke Rome. Onze kamer was ruim, proper. Net om de hoek ligt de halte voor de tram die je in 10 min. tot op Piazza Popolo brengt van waaruit je de meeste bezienswaardigheden kunt bezoeken. Vanuit Termini station heb je een busverbinding […] tot vlak aan het hotel ( 20 min.) Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam ( weg wijzen, uitleg openbaar vervoer, ...) Het ontbijt was goed ( ruime keuze). Tegenover het hotel ligt een lekkere pizzeria, dus je moet niet noodzakelijk terug de stad in voor een lekkere maaltijd. Ik vermoed dat je voor dit geld deze service niet kunt hebben midden in het centrum. Bij een volgend bezoekje aan Rome, zullen we zeker opnieuw gebruik maken van dit hotel Read more

L'hotel ha un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale in considerazione della posizione centralissima e perfettamente servita dai mezzi pubblici. La camera molto piccola ma confortevole, stessa considerazione per il bagno che purtroppo è privo di finestra. Buona ed abbondante la colazione.
