From a travel industry professional's point of view (I own and run a tour company called Nada's Italy), I've stayed in many hotels and have booked many... hotels for my clients as well, and I would say that this hotel is a good choice for both business and leisure. Free wifi is a plus. Breakfast is ok, nothing too exciting but enough to start the day. Tip: ask the waiter to bring you a REAL cappuccino so you don't have to drink the instant coffee soup at the buffet table (they didn't charge me extra). They are definitely understaffed at breakfast time for a 4-star hotel, which should offer table service. The rooms are nice and airy, larger than the average "Italian hotel room", large windows, but simple decor. For a 4-star hotel the furnishings are very basic, but decent. Guests should know that even though this hotel is away from the "hustle and bustle" of more crowded areas in Rome, the street where it is located, Via Nazionale, gets quite a bit of traffic at night time too. However, most hotels in historical centers are going to have a bit of noise, so guests should be aware of that (perhaps bring ear plugs). I would stay here again.
