"Wouldn't stay here again!"
I am unsure how this hotel managed to get 4 stars!!! * The room we stayed in had marks all over the carpet and walls, the decor was old and shabby. * The bathroom door would not open and close properly without a hard push!! * There were no coffee or tea making facilities, which i think is pretty standard in most hotels. If you wanted a cup of tea/coffee, […] you were expected to use room service and pay 2.50 Euro's for a very small cup of tea. * When I requested an iron for the room i was told I could use the one they had in the reception area!! It was rediculous! I had to stand in the narrow hallway of the reception area ironing my clothes whilst the staff tried to get passed me. * The terracced bar was closed and will now be closed until next summer. * If you wanted to watch TV or listen to the radio in any language other than italian, you had to pay 20 Euros!!!!! * Room service stops at 11pm I have stayed in some pretty cheap hotels in the passed and am not someone who complains much, but I paid a good price to stay at this hotel and It has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Tive indicacao de uma amiga que adorou o hotel, disse que o quarto era novo e o hotel muito bem localizado, fiz minha reserva porem descobri que o hotel esta em reforma e termina em abril de 2013, fiquei em um quarto extremamente velho, carpete e paredes muito sujos, um cheiro horrivel.
