The heart of Ancient Rome, all roads led to the Forum. Visitors flock here to walk the streets where Julius Caesar once trod when this was the centre of commercial, political and judicial life. Nearby, the Colosseum, described by Lord Byron as 'the gladiators' bloody circus', is the world's most famous amphitheatre and the most impressive of all Rome's buildings and ruins.

The pictures you see are not a good example of the hotel. The rooms are dirty and the hallways are worse! The rooms are very small and the beds touch the wall! Don't stay here.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wouldn't stay here again!"
I am unsure how this hotel managed to get 4 stars!!! * The room we stayed in had marks all over the carpet and walls, the decor was old and shabby. * The bathroom door would not open and close properly without a hard push!! * There were no coffee or tea making facilities, which i think is pretty standard in most hotels. If you wanted a cup of tea/coffee, […] you were expected to use room service and pay 2.50 Euro's for a very small cup of tea. * When I requested an iron for the room i was told I could use the one they had in the reception area!! It was rediculous! I had to stand in the narrow hallway of the reception area ironing my clothes whilst the staff tried to get passed me. * The terracced bar was closed and will now be closed until next summer. * If you wanted to watch TV or listen to the radio in any language other than italian, you had to pay 20 Euros!!!!! * Room service stops at 11pm I have stayed in some pretty cheap hotels in the passed and am not someone who complains much, but I paid a good price to stay at this hotel and It has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not stay here again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
