Oreana at the front desk was incredible! She helped us with all the information we needed. This hotel is a great place to stay because you can walk to... the ferry to Capri or to the train station to Sorento or Pompeii. The city of Naples seemingly is full of shady people and it's dirty so beware! We saw "organized" pick pockters and thieves on the trains in Naples. Everything was run down and full of garbage. Worst city in Italy. Great hotel to explore further out though. by a Hotels.com guest on 08/04/11

Hotel was very modern and clean, however, room smelled of wet carpet. Hotel reception gave us air freshener, which helped a little bit. Breakfast was plentiful and good...best croissants ever tasted outside of France.

Modest hotel in terrible area - staff appear to be in cahoots with rip-off tax drivers. Was ribbed at knife-point around the corner. Parking is half a mile from the hotel. Never again!
