"Bad service in reception!!!"
Overall, the condition of the hotel is good however the service given to us in the reception was ridiculous. We mistaken our check out date (one day earlier) and when the staff hears that we asked about procedures to check out one day earlier, his attitude immediately became cold and ignorant and gave us a feeling that he doesn't want to talk to us […] anymore. In the end, we stayed in the hotel for another day and we asked for directions (which bus to take) from the same staff (as we bought train tickets to rome on the wrong check out date and we needed to change the train tickets). Disappointingly, he told us that we can walk!!! We specifically asked for bus information to go to the train station yet it seems like he was "angry" with the fact that we wanted to check out early. Rude attitude and bad service continued when we checked out the next day (same staff) and this really gave us a bad impression towards the hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Non andate con bambini."
Pessima esperienza, viaggiavamo con 3 figli minori che non hanno bisogno del documento d'identità in quanto viaggiano con i genitori. L'hotel ha preteso i loro documenti d'identità, che non avevamo. Abbiamo chiamato la questura che ci ha confermato che non servivano i documenti in quanto sarebbe bastata un'auto dichiarazione. Poiché l'hotel non ne ha […] voluto sentir parlare la questura ha mandato una volante perché erano al corrente della problematica: l'hotel aveva già fatto così in precedenza con altre famiglie. Dopo 2 ore di discussione tra l'hotel e la polizia abbiamo potuto alloggiare nelle nostre stanze facendo semplicemente un'auto dichiarazione. Se non fosse intervenuta la polizia saremmo dovuti andare in altro hotel perdendo i soldi della prenotazione. Il giorno dopo abbiamo immediatamente cambiato hotel senza nessun problema. Per quanto mi riguarda un disastro specie se con bambini. Anche perché potrebbero avvertire che pretendono ingiustificatamente i documenti per i minori accompagnati dai genitori sia al momento della prenotazione sia quando ti contattano telefonicamente essendo la questione ormai abituale con le famiglie e la questura di Napoli. "personale estremamente scortese"

Bodde i hotellet som ligger i skräpligt område,dåligt bemöte av både personal och dess chef Antonio som inte alls var tillmötesgående. Jag ska absolut inte reommendera det här hotellet inte ens till min fiende.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
