This hotel is wonderful and I highly recommend. It is not located in the middle of the tourist area but I think that is what makes it so wonderful as you can spend the day/eve in the hustle of the tourist areas then retreat to this quiet area. I understand that these things happen, but there was no recourse from the staff - kind of like 'too bad'. The room was great (large, clean, current), the included morning breakfast buffet was well done, and the staff was very nice. Just be sure not to go when the Venice water bus drivers are on strike because lugging the bags to this out-of-the-way hotel is very exhausting. Otherwise, the water bus station is a mere block away from the hotel and quite accessible. […] We stayed in another part of Venice during another leg of our journey and while it was nice, this Best Western showed us a peaceful, non-tourist-infested area of Venice where we could observe a slice of life moment of the rare Venetian resident. btw, a 24 hour bank of food machines is closeby in the case of munchies at odd hours. At first we were concerned about the distance from San Marco and surrounding attractions, however, we quickly realized how nice it was to have a hotel away from the crowds. The hotel was close to St. Elena vaporetto station and was very easy to find. The hotel and neighborhood was quiet. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Santa Elena hotel in Venice is very comfortable. Though not very convenient from the airport or the main train station (it takes around 35-40 mins by boat to reach), the hotel makes up for it. Halvfräscht hotell med tråkig personal! Tog 15 minuter att checka in trots att det bara var vi i Lobbyn! Rummen vi fick var så små att när du öppnat resväskan så var där fullt på golvet. Frukosten var under all kritik, äggen var nog kokta i 15 minuter, baconen såg kokt ut, brödet var så torrt att det inte ens gick att rosta det! Sista dagen innan hemresa […] ville vi ligga och sola på hotellets innergård ett par timmar men blev dock snabbt utkörda för att dom skulle bespruta gräsmattan och övriga växter! Dieses Hotel hat unseren Erwartungen vollumfänglich entsprochen. Es liegt abseits vom Tourismuszentrum in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier und ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Vaporetto einfach zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr konfortabel und sauber.. Das Morgenessenbuffet ist ausgiebig. Das Personal zuvorkommend.

Fint hotell ett par hållplatser från Markusplatsen. Fina stora rum och mysig innegård. Tar ca 20 minuter att promenera in och det finns ett par resturanger i nærheten som inte ær tokdyra.

Hotel bom, localizado fora da área mais central de Veneza, o que foi bom porque era mais tranquila, duas paradas para frente da Praça de São Marcos pegando o barco Vaporeto que funciona bem como um "ônibus", bom meio de transporte pelas ilhas e canais. 鉄道の駅からは水上バスで３０分ほどと離れてはいるが、停留所から近く、不便さは感じませんでしたホテル周辺の環境は緑が多く静かでとても良い環境です。 　ホテルはきれいで、部屋も広く、スタッフも丁寧でとても気持ちが良かったです。 　また、無料でインターネットが使えたりと便利でした。
