"Best Western Premier hotel Saint Elena"
The entire female staff was extremely rude and very unpleasant. Especially if you are from the U.S. They love to talk about you as well in Italian while in front of them. Although the hotel is not close the San Marco sq. this is not an issue. You can move very easy using the vaporetto that take you to the main part of Venice in a few minutes. Sant Elena where the hotel is located is a very nice place and closed to a lot of facilities. "Erholsame Tage in Venedig"
Das Hotel liegt abseits der Touristenströme. Angrenzend ist ein kleiner Park, dahinter liegt die Haltestelle der Vaporetto-Linie 1 und weiterer Wasserbusse. Das Gelände der Biennale ist sehr schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Ca. eine Minute vom Hotel entfernt liegt eine kleine sehr freundliche Bar, die fast nur von Einheimischen frequentiert wird und die […] sehr günstig ist. Das Hotel ist von schlichter Eleganz, sehr ruhig und sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr nett und unaufdringlich. Das Frühstück war okay, es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist auch, dass man das Hotel leicht ohne Ortskenntnis finden kann, was bei manchen Hotels echt nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir waren im Juli für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Generell ist es ein sehr modernes und sauberes Haus. Aber: Minuspunkte: - Sehr schlecht gelaunte Rezeptionsmitarbeiterinnen, keinerlei Servicegedanke, Aufklärung der Frühstückszeiten erst auf Nachfrage, Minibar war abgeschlossen (wir hätten wohl fragen müssen... Kreditkartendaten lagen jedoch vor) - […] Beim Frühstück war kein Brot, kein Käse und keine Eier vorhanden. Auch hier erst auf Nachfrage und nach etlichen Minuten Wartezeit irgendeine Reaktion. "Top-Hotel mit ruhiger Lage im Grünen"
Dieses Hotel hält alle Verspechungen, wir kamen als Paar mit 14-jährigem Kind und hatten ein ganz Tolles Zimmer (sehr modern). Alles war perfekt, auch das Frühstück, da braucht niemand jammern.
