At the start of the Grand Canal, Santa Croce is set immediately across from the bus station and railway station. It is a peaceful quarter adjacent to, but largely unaffected by the visitor hubbub. The picturesque Ponte degli Scalzi is a great place for watching the busy canal traffic and there are many fines churches to explore off the beaten tourist track. The Rialto Bridge is only a 10-minute walk or boat ride away.

Our room was located out of he hotel in an other bilding without elevator in floor number 3.You don´t had reception in this building therefore everyone can go in. I don´t recommend this hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Watch Out For Mosquitos!"
We stayed in this hotel from April 29th to May 1st. It was a quaint hotel, with a nice continental breakfast. Our problem was with the lack of air conditioning and mosquitos. Although the hotel lists air conditioning as one of the features, all it did was recirculate air, so we opened the windows. Huge mistake! There were no screens on the windows, […] and we found out after a night of sleep that we were covered with mosquito bites! When we complained to the front desk, they offered some ointment, and explained that the city of Venice doesn't allow air conditioners to run before May 15th each year. They also said there was a "mosquito machine" in a drawer in the room, which was a cheap plastic piece that plugged into the wall, and didn't do anything. (They should have at least explained about the air conditioning situation and warned us not to open the windows when we checked in, as well as telling us to plug in the machine when we checked in.) "Disappointing"
Hotel Olimpia is a beautiful little hotel near the train station and the bus station. It is ideal for guests who are allocated a room in the main building. Our room together with several others was unfortunately in the adjoining property next door and was above the Burchielle trattoria. The entrance door to this building was dreadful and lead to a dark […] corridor shared by staff presumably working in the trattoria. "ローマ広場の直ぐ近く（広場から見える）"
ベニス港からのクルーズに参加するために、このホテルを選びました。ローマ広場の直ぐ近くで、港までのピープル・ムーバー駅にも近く便利です。また、バス・ターミナルの近くでありながら非常に静かな環境にあります。ホテルのレセプション・スタッフは親切で温かみを感じさせる対応でした。ただ、荷物を部屋に運んでくれるポーターは一人でふたつの荷物をもって狭い階段を上るという事もありますが、スーツケースを階段にぶつけても気にせず、また、自分の間違いで別な建物の階段に行ったにも関わらず、不愉快な対応でした。クルーズの前にベニスの街を3日間歩きましたが、リアルト橋近辺やサン・マルコ近辺を動き回るのには一寸遠い位置にあります。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
