"A really nice hotel"
A really nice hotel in a good location for getting around to Verona, Milan, Venice etc. The station is 2 mins walk & frequent buses also run from the station & outside hotel. The staff are friendly & very helpful - nothing is too much trouble for them. We ate in the restaurant on a few occasions & always found the food to be excellent & menus varied […] daily. Unfortunately we did find the breakfast uninspiring though & no-one seemed able to operate the coffee machine including us - we opted for tea! We had a room at the front, but couldn't make use of the balcony as the traffic noise was awful in the day, but subsided considerably at night. Das Enjoy Garda Hotel ist ein modern eingerichtetes Haus, in dem man sich grds. wohlfühlt. Hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet, das wirklich reichhaltig und qualitativ ansprechend ist (und es wird bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit immer nachgelegt). Am Pool sind ausreichend Liegen vorhanden, leider fehlt es an ein paar Sonnenschirmen. Drei Punkte, […] auf die man achten sollte: 1) Wenn man ein Zimmer zur viel befahrenen Straße (bis in die Abendstunden) hat, kann man den Balkon kaum nutzen, da der Verkehr doch sehr störend ist; bei geschlossener Tür bekommt man kaum was mit davon. Hier sind die Zimmer zum Garten / Pool deutlich angenehmer. 2) Kostenfreies WLAN ist sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar. Beim EInchecken wurde darauf hingeweisen, dass es im Bereich der Bar / Lobby am besten gehen soll und bei gleichzeitiger Nutzung durch 10 und mehr Usern es zu Einschränkungen kommen kann. Fakt ist, dass es wirklich Glückssache war, wann / ob man ins Netz gekommen ist. 3) Bei Buchung eines "Komfort-Zimmers" werden ausweislich der Expedia-Internetseite(n) Zimmer mit 2 Betten angeboten. Diese Angaben sind lt. Hotel angeblich nicht richtig... es bedurfte längerer Diskussion / Überzeugung, bis nach der ersten Nacht ein Zimmerwechsel (1 Queensize mit 1,40 x 2,00 gegen 2 Queensize) angeboten / ermöglicht wurde. War dann auch der Wechsel von der Straßenseite zur Gartenseite ;-) Insgesamt ein gutes und angenehmes Hotel, jedoch mit v.g. Einschränkungen. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Neu eröffnetes Hotel mit kleinen Macken"
Das Hotel ist neu, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, aber dank schallgeschützten Fenstern haben wir kaum was vom Verkehr mitbekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt von der Auswahl keine Wünsche offen, jedoch ist die Qualität der Speisen nicht immer gut (z.B.Rührei etwas grau und wässrig). Ab 9.30 Uhr wurde während unseres […] Aufenthaltes das Buffet (bis 10 Uhr Frühstückszeit) nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Am ersten Abend wollten wir im Hoteleigenen Restaurant zu Abend essen.
