Central location that allows walking to most visiting sites. The hotel is rated 4-star, but I would give it three. The front-desk staff speaks English; breakfast is good, nothing fancy but it serves its purpose. The bathroom looks better on the website. On our last day there, we decided to change our plane tickets and called Alitalia for around 10 minutes. […] We were charged 85Euro for the phone call (changing the tickets cost us 50Euro/person) and that left a bitter taste. We traveled with an 8-year old and the room had a king bed and a sofa bed. If you plan on using the sofa bed, ask for additional pillows and sheets. The fitness facility is a bit run down. All in all, it's a clean hotel but not 4-star material. "Mattresses far too hard."
