It is in a convenient location about a 10 minute walk from the city center. It is on the waterfront, but about 1 km from the beach. The waterfront is littered with trash and smells badly in some places. The staff is efficient, but not everyone is very helpful. They speak limited English. The lobby is nice, but the hallway where my room was located needed […] to be refurbished and smelled a bit odd. The room was plain, but clean and a nice size by the standards of many European hotels. I did not try the restaurant. It is an adequate hotel, but is nothing special. "Mahara Hotel & Wellness i Mazara dello Valle"
Hotellet har en utmerket standard. Tiltalende forhold med god plass, stor ballkong og stort bad. Merk at vi booket en suite, så en kan ikke forvente samme størrelse på standard rommene. Merk også at 2 etg har små balkonger. Ved ankomst fikk vi tildelt kanskje den beste suiten med solforhold og stor ballkong. Frokosten kan med hell utvides, med mer frukt […] og utvalg av brød/pålegg, hvis hotellet ønsker å utmerke seg. Bassenget er meget tilfredstillende, da standen er et en liten kjøretur unna. En må-gjøre utflukt er båttur til Egadi øyene. Et fåtall gode resturanter i sentrum av byen, og selv Il Grotto som ikke ser ut som en resturant - har en utmerket pizza (meget pop hos min unge sønn) og tiltrekker seg både unge par som barnefamilier. Pulverkaffemaskine med pulver mælk, der "kan lave" alt verdens smarte kaffedrikke ! Fy Føj !! KEEEEDELIGT morgenbrød og alt for lidt at vælge imellem. Privat strand står der under beskrivelsen !! - DONT GO ! Ja, det giver nærmest […] sig selv.
