"cold and unwanted guests!!!"
i recently stayed in a room which compared more to an intersection of hallways then a room. the room was cold and reached a comfortable level with the heat on full for several hours. once turned down room became cold again. it was saturday night so not the earliest bed time which made the intrusion of someone knocking and then walking into our room […] at 7.30am and AGAIN at 9.30am very unwelcome!!!! breakfast was standard despite having to ask for a table, ask for the table to be set and then for anything that was forgotten on the table, including milk. will never stay here again.
