Actually spent very little time in hotel. Wife enjoyed spa facilities. Food in Atrium bar takes ages - people actually left before their meal arrived it took so long. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and I have always got on well and enjoyed my stay. With a rate of €170 per night I expected a nice room etc. What we got when we arrived there was a sub standard three star room in the old part of the hotel. When checking in I requested a double bed. I booking stod der, at værelset havde boblebadekar, morgenkåbe og sippers. Ingen af delene var på værelset eller kunne skaffes. Lagnet var beskidt og gardinet defekt på det første værelse, vi fik.
