POSITIVES:- Friendly, cheerful, Irish staff. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. NEGATIVES:- Room at front was noisy. Being on main street, meant I had... to keep blinds closed for privacy. Room very cold, until I asked for heating to be switched on. Bed was comfortable enough, but bedding wasn't cosy at all. No lounge or comfortable bar for hotel guests to relax. (It was a bare boards, drinking bar. The full Irish breakfast was fine - bacon excellent. The cold table however, was very basic, with just a choice of cereals or yoghurts, and juice. Having to pay in local currency at the hotel, meant that it cost more than the sterling price first quoted - because of a poor exchange rate, and bank charges.
