"The Best Hotel on Our Trip"
Our family spent last week touring the southern part of Ireland. We had a great time in every place we visited. But we all agreed that our favorite city was Kilkenny, and our favorite hotel was the Pembroke Hotel. It was clean, comfortable, roomy, great breakfast and in the best location. "The Pembroke is modern, friendly and comfortable"
We stayed four days in the Pembroke on our trip to Ireland and rate it as among the best we stayed in. Our room was light and spacious with contemporary decor. We faced the street, not the castle, and loved the afternoon sunlight and ample floor space. The breakfast, both hot and cold, offered choices of fresh food. It is a short walk to the downtown […] and the castle but generally convenient for enjoying the city and the walks in the countryside. The nearby Design Center is great for shopping.
