We stayed two nights we'd and sat. First night was fine . Old rooms with dirty carpets. Tv remote did not work and no soap at all. Large rooms but doors did not stay open. Second night was awful. We tried to use the washer and had to stop it during the spin cycle as it sounded like it was going to take off. The shower head was broken and the dishwasher […] smelled back. Finally got the remoe to work after 3 tries. Carpet was dirty. The worst part was that another guest set off the fire alarm at midnight. Nothing was offered for compensation.. "Not for a good night's sleep."
The hotel was as described. Unfortunately, we didn't experience a quiet night's sleep. The courtyard thoroughfare was used by yelling drunkards and staff breaks/rendez-vous. Until that area is closed at night, we won't be going back.Genuine Expedia guest review

No toilet paper in the bathroom on arrival. Not a single salt and pepper shaker, or tea bag in aprtment. Private internet access was only in a certain seat in the dining/lounge. "Scruffy"
Decor was a bit scruffy. At first the water heater didn't come on overnight. The drain plug in the bathroom sink didn't lift when the lever was pressed, and it eventually stuck. "St.Augustine Apartment - don't stay there"
Live staying in student halls, with lots of heavy locked doors. The main problem is the apartment was dirty. Stained bedroom carpets in bedrooms, shoes sticking to the tiled floor when walking, grubby worn settee. All the walls needed painted as very dirty. The kitchen was the only good thing. The shower head kept falling off the hook hitting you when […] showering. Because of the state of the apartment we stayed out of it during our stay until late at night. Only returning to sleep. "Kaltes Duschen im St. Augustine"
Der zunächst postive Eindruck dieser Unterkunft wurde am ersten Morgen getrübt, denn... ...es gab kein warmes Wasser im Bad, daher musste kalt geduscht werden. Dieses wurde sofort reklamiert, aber auch am 2. Morgen war das Wasser wieder kalt. Der Reklamation wurde nicht nachgegangen. Erst am 3. Morgen stand wieder warmes Wasser zur Verfügung.
