The Pine Restaurant
The Pine Restaurant mixes chic décor with a grand elegance and tops it off with delicious food to create that perfect evening meal. The hotel is passionate about providing tasty and unique dishes, whilst maintaining a perfect variety for guests of all tastes and palates. There is a heavy bias on sourcing local ingredients to ensure freshness and quality and the menus are a mix of classic Irish and European dishes.
A full wine list provides wine lovers with a large selection of wines from all over the world, with some fine wines from Chile, France, South Africa and Australia to name a few. Champagnes and sparkling wines are especially reserved for the last day celebrating a successful holiday or city break.

The Phoenix Park
The West County Hotel is situated next door to Europe’s largest public park, The Phoenix Park. The Phoenix Park is 1752 acres of historic landscape and was originally conceived as a royal deer park. A herd of Fallow Deer has lived in the park since along with a wide range of other wildlife mammals and birds. Áras an Uachtaráin, the residence of the President of Ireland dates from 1750 and is located in the centre of the park adjacent to the United States Ambassador's residence, which was built in 1774. Many other historic buildings and monuments are located in
the Park, including The Papal Cross which was erected for the visit of Pope John Paul II on 29th September 1979. The park is open every day of the year.

Kilmainham Gaol
Kilmainham Gaol (Jail) is a former prison, located in Kilmainham in Dublin, and is now converted into a museum. Kilmainham Gaol played an important part in Irish history, as many leaders of Irish rebellions were imprisoned and some executed in the prison by the British, most notably the leaders of the unsuccessful Easter Rising 1916.
It is one of the largest unoccupied jails in Europe and is one of the most popular tourist spots in Dublin.
Attractions include a major exhibition detailing the political and penal history of the prison and its restoration. The tour of the prison includes an audio-visual show. Tours may be arranged for visitors with special needs by prior arrangement.

Guinness Storehouse
Located in the heart of the legendary St. James’ Gate Brewery in Dublin, this production site has been home to Guinness since 1759, when Arthur Guinness signed the now famous 9,000 year lease on the brewery. Guinness Storehouse was the former fermentation plant and has now been re-modeled into a visiting centre, dedicated to
the history of Guinness. The highlight for many visitors is the highest point of the building – The Gravity Bar. The Gravity Bar has fantastic views of Dublin City and is where visitors can sit and relax over a perfectly poured pint of “The Black Stuff”, given complimentary to each visitor. The Guinness Storehouse hosted both Her Majesty the Queen of England and American President Barack Obama during their visits to Ireland in 2011.
