The every staff member was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location for the Saint Patrick's Parade could not have been better. "Wonderful stay within walking distance to sights"
Wonderful hotel, and the staff were very helpful. When we arrived, our reservation for two rooms could not be found. The staff calmed us and sorted it out in no time! Had us brought a cappuchino while we waited. Our rooms were lovely, comfortable and overlooked Christchurch Cathedral. And, no, the bells did not disturb our sleep! We selected this location because we had our 7 month old son with us and wanted it to be convenient to return to the room for naps or feedings if needed--it was perfect for this. I came here for 2 nights with my partner for my 25th birthday. We had a fantastic time. We were slightly concerned by the mixed reviews but for the price we paid it was perfect. The reception area had been completed as previous reviews had said it was under construction. There was still some drilling being done but the staff were apologetic.
