"Rude staff"
We paid for the breakfast. However, we had to check out, before the dinning room opened. I asked for a refund of the breakfast amount and they refused. They offered a sack breakfast that was not an acceptable substitute. They would not allow my family to eat in the hotel. I asked where we could eat our sack breakfast and was rudely shown the door. Horride room. needed to transfer after one night. banging pipes, until after 12:00 started again 6:00 AM next morning. Mildew on ceiling of bathroom. bath in very poor condition. poor view of church. 1st evening dinner took forever to be serviced. food was nice. breakfast freezing cold next morning.
