"Hotel was shabby"
Rooms are in need of a refurb,clean enough. Windows are in bad need of repair as I had changed rooms twice that eve. Food was burnt(steak) and I thought the hotel was overpriced,I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again...staff were friendly though.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"No in-room wifi"
This is an older building with the frustration of only having wifi in the common parts so it is a trek to reception if you need it. There was also no power point near the work table in the room. "Poor parking, otherwise ok"
Was disappointed to find that the hotel has minimal parking. Should not be advertised as a hotel with parking available. Car park is very small. Receptionist advised us to park on the street where one has to pay or park in a local multistory car park where the hotel has a discounted rate but one still has to pay!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
