The hotel is in an excellent location but the carpark was full. We were told that we could get a parking disk for the quays. However we were charged for this and had to park half a mile away. This was a terrible start to our stay. Also wifi was very expensive. There was also a young couple heavy petting or possibly worse at the side of the hotel at […] 5pm on a Saturday. "Scruffy hotel, with filthy bathroom"
This hotel is scruffy and very much in need of a refurb. The room I was given, had a bathroom with ingrained dirt around the bath and handrails. I will be making a formal complaint about the whole situation to Jurys Inns.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
