Our stay at Grande Residencia was as short as pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Just Internet facilities were not up to the mark.The... food and service at the Restaurant left good memories. As we had to leave the hotel before breakfast, we had been pleasantly surprise to get some packed items. The location of the hotel was within the tourist area, close to the Chinese fishing nets and all facilities. My daughter and I would recommend a stay at this well maintained heritage hotel. by Sengupta's from Morges, Switzerland on 02/19/13

Good hotel - no where near as good as the photos. Looks like it would be a 4 star but is clearly a 2-3 star but with some fabulous rooms. The historic rooms are great, the other rooms are small and dark. The pool is much smaller than appears in the photo, and is open to the public (this is the only thing that this hotel rates a mention for in Lonely […] Planet). There was no hot water. The food was ok but we preferred to eat out. The position is fantastic. I really liked being in an old hotel in this area, We really enjoyed this hotel, but if you would prefer a 4 star then maybe go somewhere else. Read more

Préférer les chambres de seconde catégorie à l'étage - bien entendu c'est un peu plus cher mais vaut largement le coup pour la fenêtre en hauteur. Piscine petite mais agréable pour se détendre. Restaurant bien même si pas le meilleur de tout notre séjour. Par contre un peu long […] car chaque plat est préparé à la commande d'où un certain délai.
