"Horrible Service"
The hotel was an amazing resort when it was part of Ecotel Group. Now with a change in management the place is become horrible. Service levels have dropped trremendously. Rooms are untidyGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Lagoona Resort- Lonavala"
It did take a couple of reminders before the room could be cleaned . The furniture and the light fixtures could do with some repair as at least three bulbs were fused in the room I was in. The meal spread was average .Overall a good expereince though I wont rate it as great . I would say it was quite expensive when compared to what was expected. The […] worst episode was a prolonged TV serial shooting which was taking place in the resort which resulted in a few areas being cordoned of and caused in convineince in moving around.
