"Nightmare"
Terrible service and hospitality. Booked a superior room and was given lower category room. The staff gave stories and lied with the room allocation. Food was really bad and it took hours to get room service. Very bad experience .Genuine Expedia guest review
"Dårlig service"
Vi havde problemer med vores indtjekning pga. reservation via Hotels.com (det har jeg aldrig oplevet før, så er sikker på det er hotelpersonalet, der er utjekkede). 5 aftener ud af vores 8 overnatninger var der henholdsvis bryllup og konferencer på stedet, så der var høj musik til sent. Ikke just hvad man forventer af et resort, der reklamere med ro […] og afslapning. Maden i restauranten er kedelig, og der er langt til nærmeste spisested.
