Good location if you want to be near the New Delhi station. In a safe neighborhood. Lobby is clean and bright but our room was dirty with peeling paint. Good wifi.

Hotel Kwality has good location to most of the sights by metro or bus. Also New Delhi railway station is within walking distance. Since the hotel is in the alley, the room is quieter than those on the big street. For the money we paid, I will recommend the hotel.

The walls in the bed room had a all sorts of random dirty marks, that i really don't want to know what they were. My clean bath towel looked clean, but when i went 2 use it the smell was disgusting (thankfully i had my own with me). The bath room walls i don't think have had a clean in a very long time and the toilet seat again looked clean but i had […] a funny feeling it it wasn't, so i used a piece of wet toilet paper to give it a wipe, the paper turned from white to black. It was the first place i stayed in India and thought maybe this is what to expect for the money i paid, but after that i paid less than half the money and got far better accomadation every where else i traveled. Excellent Hotel – Highly recommended !!! I travelled to Delhi as a Single Female Traveller. Overall I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Kwality and do miss the little pampering and very hospitable environment. What I liked : 1. Awesome deal from Expedia for this hotel. Where else will you find a 3 star accommodation at these prices. 2. […] I was able to reach the Hotel in about 20 mins from IGI Airport. 3. Very Hospitable Staff who were always ready to go an extra mile when I needed anything. 4. Eloquent in English so it was easy to communicate. 5. Room was neat and clean and special attention was given to making the Guest comfortable. Seems like that they have recently furnished these rooms as most of the furnishings and bedding were crisp and clean. 6. Being a single female I felt secure and safe in this hotel. 7. Access to Business Center to use Internet, print and make copies. 8. Travel Desk provided me with assistance with transportation in Delhi. 9. Food was authentic Indian but if your taste buds are craving Continental variety they do offer that as well. 10. Hotel is located in the City so it gives you a true authentic view of the Indian life and an experience you will remember with fond memories Dislikes : No major dislikes except that I missed their promotion package which included the IGI International Airport Pick up. Nice and CLEAN hotel for a very reasonable price. Adequate staff and prompt service when you ask something. This is rare for a budget hotel and believe me, i did my share of having experience with it. Delhi hotels are getting more and more expensive (rated more expensive than Las Vegas hotels!) and these little pearls are harder to find while time goes […] by. Really recommended. I booked on the internet to ease my arrival. I was shocked at the standard of Hotel Kwality. The bed was incredibly hard, the towel was old and worn as was the bedding, the room was very dirty, the bathroom was the worst standard I had seen and the windows did not block out any street noise, the curtains were so thin that did not block out the sunlight. […] I actually went out and bought cleaning products in order to get the room clean enough. The staff were the best thing about this place, always friendly and helpful. However the hotel manager was incredibly rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. I was really shocked to find that when I asked if there was any heating because the room was so cold, I was told that for an extra fee. I could get a heater. I expect a room to be comfortable enough to sleep and for that to be part of the price. The hotel is just trying to cash in on mere basics and not interested in providing a reasonable standard. Most peolel are only staying for a night or two so they don't care. When I returned to Delhi I tried booking directly but the hotel was full and I had to find another hotel option, I discovered that you got more for your money elsewhere and for a little more the standard increased considerably. Stay: 3 days and 3 nights. 1) LOCATION: The location is complicated. Even the local auto guys could take us only to the road -- the inside lanes confused us totally. 2) CLEANLINESS: Too many small cockroaches in the room! They were crawling over our bags, in the bathroom etc. Really put us off. Our Delhi sightseeing trip was tightly packed from morning […] to night so there was no time to go hunt for a new hotel. 3) AMBIANCE: Ventilation is very bad. If you open the single window of the room that opens into the corridor, you are leaving yourself open to everyone's view and if you close that window, its suffocating. 4) BATH: Bathroom taps were of cheap quality, that seemed rusted by the hard water. A hot water bath was the biggest irritant. They assured us that the boiler fitted on the terrace is available 24X7 but after letting 2-3 buckets of water flow away (wasted, literally) when it was still cold, we called reception and they assured that hot water will start in a minute. I wonder how much precious water in Delhi is wasted this way, waiting for the magical boiler to start! 5) FOOD: We ordered food in our room once. Quality was average but rates were high. Better to try out food in nearby restaurants. 6) STAFF: Luckily, they were courteous with no signs of arrogance. On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very poor and 10 very good), I would rate it as 3. I needed a fairly inexpensive hotel for a night near Delhi Railway Station (RS). Arrived late night at RS and walked/caught a rickshaw. Also close to Metro - I caught a tuk tuk there. Staff were friendly enough. WiFi did not work. We chose the Hotel based on the reviews. However, the Hotel was nothing like what was shown on the website. The rooms were not ready even though we checked in at 9pm. The room and the bathroom were very dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned for months. The running water in the bathroom constantly trickled. The towels did not look clean at […] all. Luckily we only stayed one night! Did consider having breakfast but after seeing the unhygienic state of the hotel facilities we decided to eat at the Airport. Overall, we were very disappointed and would recommend that Expedia review their decision to offer this Hotel on their website. Read more

普通に日本人の感覚で言えばだいぶ汚いホテルですが、その他の地域で少しグレードの高い結構きれいなホテルに滞在して思ったのが、ここは安定してwi-fiがそれぞれの階（部屋）で使えて、ちゃんと暑いお湯がずっと出て、鍵も大きな南京錠を使っているので何かされるような心配も無いので、そういう点ではいいなと思いました。つらかった事は、ドライヤーを持っていなかったので、髪を洗った後、寒くて寒くて、結果、風邪を引いてしまったことで、細かい事だと、人に入って欲しくないので、お願いしないとタオルの交換やトイレットペーパーの補充はされないことかなと思います。あと、冬だけど、小さいゴキブリもいました。 送迎は空港からは550ルピーで、帰りは400ルピーでした。帰りの価格が通常価格のようです。
