Central Delhi has scores of reminders of British rule in India and numerous historic monuments can be viewed here. At its core, the majestic Rajpath runs from the grand Rashtrapati Bhavan in the west, to the India Gate war monument, designed by Edwin Lutyens, in the east. Hotel was OK. Dinner in the Italian restaurant was fair and very expensive for what it was. Breakfast take-away box was very poor - everything was stale and inedible except for a banana. This smaller hotel has very friendly staff and all the essentials a traveler needs (minus an adapter) in a hotel. Upsides: bottled water, conditioner, clean, and great room setups. The hotel was decidedly fine for the price; the room was clean, the a/c worked. We thought we were in a central location, but it felt like we couldn't walk anywhere from where we were. The staff was unhelpful throughout the stay, particularly in helping us figure out cars and how to get places from where we were. Also, the staff was INCREDIBLY rude […] upon checkout - we had paid for internet, which then didn't work, and they told us at the time they'd take it off our bill. Surprise surprise, when we went to check out at 3:30am to catch an early flight, the charges were on the bill. They then picked a fight with us about it and refused to take it off, and we had to choose between arguing with them or missing our flight. You can have our $6 or whatever it was...but maybe your staff should learn some customer service skills so that we would be willing to recommend you to future travelers. The hotel is not 4 star quality. The room is simple and small. The AC is noisy. We tried to book a car through the hotel, it asked for R7500, which more than double of the market price. Don't go there. One good thing is its breakfast buffet. Good tasty foods.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

After staying in several kinda sketchy hotels in India, I was a bit apprehensive due to some of the reviews for the Hans. All but the most picky clients will be satisfied; If you want a brand new 5* then you'll have to pay accordingly. 鍵のかかった扉で隣の部屋とつながっている。その扉から隣人の寝息まで聞こえる。あきれた。しかし隣人に恵まれたのでそれほど苦にはならなかった。 エレベーターホールの近くの部屋だった。音がすさまじかった。しかし人間はえらいもので慣れてくるものだ。翌朝ロビーで居るとき予約をキャンセルして出て行こうとするドイツ人がいたが、似たような不満だったような気がする。 しかしトータルとしては満足している。朝食はうまかった。大きなメリットは徒歩3分で地下鉄入り口にデリーの危険きわまりない道路を横断することなく到達できることだ。基本的に金融街なので治安はよい。 あとテレビの英語チャンネルがCNNしかないのに驚いた。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
