"Hotel staff not responsive to requests."
Phone in the room was not working. Hotel staff was not responsive in addressing this key issue. Moved to another hotel after one night ! Needed medical help & the staff did not assist in contacting a Doctor.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Functional and value for money"
The hotel is functional at best. Do not expect a luxury stay. The restaurant Kadal is nice and a good place to have dinner even if you are not staying in the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"THE WORST NINE DAYS OF MY LIFE"
I HAVE TRAVELLED A LOT AND STAYED IN VARIOUS HOTELS. NALAPAD RECIDENCY IS THE WORST EVER HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED. THE FACILITY IS VERY POORLY MAINTAINED. MOST OF THE STAFF DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, HENCE COMMUNICATION WAS A PROBLEM.THEIR UNIFORMS ARE NOT CLEAN. NORMALLY I DONT CARRY A BATH TOWEL WHEN I STAY IN A HOTEL. HERE I HAD TO PURCHASE ONE COZ THE […] TOWELS PROVIDED BY THIS HOTEL IS WORSE THAN A WASH CLOTH. THEY HAVE BOOKED ME AS A "WALK - IN" CUSTOMER AND CHARGED ME SERVICE TAX OF Rs. 4,800. FORTUNATELY FOR ME I HAD THE BOOKING CONFORMATION PAPERS WHICH CLEARLY STATED THAT THE TAX HAS BEEN ALREADY PAID ON LINE. LATER THEY DISREGARDED THIS AMOUNT.
