"Convenient location"
Room was nice, but not so modern. Very nice common areas outside rooms. Pool was very shallow. I doubt it's ever used. Dinner at the restaurant was pretty good. Fairly good location for grabbing transportation. Overall pretty nice. We also stayed in the Ramada which I think I liked a bit more on the whole. The plus with this place is that you had to […] wait at least 15 min to call a cab and have it show up at the Ramada where as you could walk outside here and find an autorickshaw. "Great hotel"
Beautiful hotel. The rooftop bar and restaurant area is beautiful and elegant. The bathroom shower had a rainfall showerhead and waterfall faucet and was marble. The ceilings hand painted. The beds comfortable. Really gorgeous hotel. A few glitches. When we checked in, the person did not want to honor the additional fee pre-arranged for having a 3rd […] person in the room. Instead he tried to tell us we had to get a 2nd room, saying it wasn't possible to have a third person in the room. I finally had to show him the email where I had directly communicated with them about this and that they'd said it was ok, before he would accept it. This was just one person. Everyone else there was incredibly helpful. Also for some reason, the phone in our room kept on ringing with no one being on the other end (every 10 to 15 minutes) but the easy fix for that was just disconnecting the phone.
