"Good Enough"
First time in Jakarta and I was doing business near the airport. Overall a good enough hotel, but not up to Sheraton quality. My room was musty and the AC leaked on my floor. The rooms are old and in desperate need of an upgrade. With the musty smell and leaky AC I think I caught a cold in the room. Food options were nil so you are forced to eat […] the overpriced Sheraton food. Service was at least solid and up to the Sheraton quality. "Mainly about location"

"Would NOT stay the next time"
Overall, the service levels, layout of rooms & quality of infrastructure is below average, especially considering the prices they charge. "Mesquito Repellant"
The location to the Airport is excellant. This is my second stay, my first I had a garden view room and had no trouble with mesquitos, thought i would try a lake view this time....although great view i dont think the seal on the sliding door worked well.
