Although there were some small quibbles (the white towels weren't always as clean as we would've liked, we could hear some of the louder guests through... the thin walls), it was overall a very pleasant experience. The service was amazing and every single member of the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The extras like the spa and free breakfast were also great. The hotel is considerably new. I had the rare opportunity to meet up with the General Manager of the hotel, who is kind enough to spare a few minutes. I stayed at the business suite. It is clean and spacious. The hotel staffs are very helpful and pleasant.

Très agréable, mais les chambres près de la réception sont bruyantes (bruits d'imprimante incessant a partir de 6h du matin). Personnel très sympathique, belle piscine, bon petit déjeuner et agréable "tea time".

コストパフォーマンスが非常に高い。なんといっても親切なホテルスタッフの対応は最高！ただ、ホテルにはアルコール類は置いていない、ひげ剃りもないので自分で用意が必要。ホテルの入り口のすぐ横にインドマレというコンビニがあるのでそれらのことは用を足します。

A szobában, kb. 30 éves szekrény volt, ami a szálloda általánosan felújitott állapotához képest érthetetlen volt. A fürdőszoba ajtaja fekete volt a kosztól. A zuhanyfej a vízkőtől nem működött rendesen, de amikor szóltunk 10 percen belül kicserélték, ami pozitív volt.
