I needed to add anadditional night to my stay. I was quoted a reasonable rate initially but when I went to pay I was told I could not avail of that rate. I was treated icely by the staff member on duty and my experience soured. I was totally disgusted and had to book alternative accomodation for my last night in Budapest.
