Would not recommend, following are pros and cons : Pros - Close to Margaret Island, Good thermal pool n jacuzzi. Cons - Service non existant, Reception very inhospitable, Executive lounge not manned continously and stocked adequately, Breakfast big spread but not to expecte quality. The spa and pool were exceptional. However, there were a few small issues with the room. Firstly, in this quality hotel you would expect a flat screen tv and some english channels apart from the bbc news. Secondly, the shower screen was too small, hence every time the shower was used the floor and towel were left wet no matter how careful you were. "This is not a 5*, look for a better place downtown"
We stayed a week to visit the city. This hotel is not a 5* but rather a 3* with a nice entrance hall and a free spa. Try to find a better place downtown. You can reach the city centre by tram and metro. Their 'free shuttle' is useless: only 7persons fit in the car and you need ta make a reservation! The breakfast has a large buffet but the quality of […] alle the food is poor or tastes 'industrial' and average: 10EUR is too much. The neigbourhood is REALLY uninteresting. There is no place to take decent breakfast. You'll sit between big highways and bridges. You might hope for a view on the Danube but it's completely hidden from that location. Slidt hotel, fjernet belligende, ringe morgenmadasbuffet og samlet set lang fra et femstjernet hotel, men i bedste fald et trestjernet.
