"Ganz OK, Service/Essen sehr schwach!!"
also das hotel ist ganz ok. kann es aber nicht uneingeschränkt empfehlen. für junge pärchen etwas zu pensionisten-like. das essen war nicht 4 sterne mäßig. frühstück war täglich exakt das gleiche zeugs...keine variation in einer woche. aber schlimmer war das abendessen. die vorspeisen waren recht fein, aber die 2-3 hauptmenüs dazu einfach schrecklich. […] nie (bis auf 1 ausnahme) gab es kroatisches oder mediterranes essen. immer nur eher west-europäische fleischgerichte. die nudeln waren immer extrem zerkocht. warum fährt man nach kroatien? damit man dann essen wie zu hause kriegt?? es könnte wirklich TÄGLICH ein kroatisches menü geben. (das war so ein pseudo-hauben essen...) service im restaurant war eine katastrophe! da gibts offenbar keinen ordentlichen restaurant manager. völlig unkoordiniertes herumhirschen von kellnern ohne system (gelernte kellner sind das alle samt nicht.) kein service im barbetrieb nach dem essen. man kommt sich immer als bittsteller vor wenn man noch was nachbestellen will. personal ist aber immer recht freundlich, nur arbeiten die völlig ohne system. keine weinkarten, man bekommt nur was der kellner "empfiehlt". konnte man meist nicht trinken den wein. chaos im restaurant. die vier sterne hat es nur aufgrund des schönen altbaus verdient. sonst würden drei auch reichen. es ist alles etwas halbherzig und planlos. wieso hat man an der rezeption keine landkarten und div. infos? auf sw-papier koperte karte...naja war ja gut gemeint. pool ist etwas klein. der angepriesene sandstrand kostet extra! 17 euro pro tag (2x eintritt und 2 liegen mit schirm!). man könnte aus dem restaurant so viel rausholen. ein restaurantmanager der den laden mal aufmischt, da schaut gleich mindestens der doppelte umsatz raus, versteh die betreiber da echt nicht. aber das personal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich! nur sie haben offenbar niemanden der sie richtig koordiniert und das ding richtig gut führt. ps. lasst euch nicht im erdgeschoss unterbringen, das ist nicht so fein Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
