We stayed at this hotel on New Years Eve. The best thing about this hotel is the location, because it's only a 10 minute walk to the train station. It's also a 10 minute walk in the other direction to the very center of town. The staff were polite. Very strange but we didn't bother the front desk as they were extremely busy and overwhelmed on New Years Eve. Away from the main road, this hotel is nestled in a courtyard shared with another hotel. This is quite unique for hotels here as the noise from cars hitting the uneven cobblestoned roads could be very loud. The hotel staff was polite and professional. The lobby looked very modern and pleasant. The room was clean and adequate for a 3-star hotel. The toilet and bath are in separate units with doors so that two people can use them at the same time without interfering each other. Oh yeah the WiFi was free. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was quite expensive, so we bought pastries from the nearby supermarket. The location of the hotel was good. It took us less than 10 minutes to walk to the Markt and other points of interest. Getting to the hotel from the train station can be tricky and a lot of fun. I studied the Google map in detail beforehand and it took us about 15 minutes walking with our luggage through the medieval alleys. Read more

As the name of the hotel suggests, it is at the heart of Brugge, close to all the main tourist spots and walkable from the train station (10-15 mins). There is a convienent store located right across the street from the hotel for you to stock up on some water, fruits or snacks. Great hotel in a great location.5-10 min walk from the centre of bruge. Breakfast was ok, usual offerings over cooked scambled eggs, bacon, yummy pancakes and lots of bread and yogurts to choose from. The bathroom was small and a little moldy but not to bad. Staff very friendly and would go back.

Enjoyed it would stay there again (or in the cheaper IBIS directly opposite) though breakfast was expensive- would have liked shower and fridge to have worked when we got into the room - maintenance fixed both after we complained but the room should be 100% fully funtioning on arrival - staff pleasant - linen changed every day - overall satisfied.

Given the price it was very good. As most places in Brugges the price of food was expensive. €20 for breakfast is a bit steep but as we experienced it was about the going rate. The bed was very comfortable and our 2 kids loved the sofa and pull out bed. This is a top place to stay. There were four of us (two adults and two children 8 and 5) and we all loved it. The pool was clean and relaxing. Finding the hotel was okay, and parking was underground directly beneath the hotel (approx 8 euros for 18 hours). Hotel rooms not as large as expected, but okay for 2 adults & 2 small children. Hotel is in a great location to walk into the centre of Bruges. Easy to find from the ring road. Rooms are bright and comfortable. Just been to Brugge with two kids and found this hotel at the last minute. it is great value for money with room service, which is not available after 10.30 :( walking distance to the city centre, free Internet , but paid parking 9€ per 24 hours. It is clean, quiet and convenient, very reasonably priced, will recommend :)

We got a good deal booking a couple of weeks in advance in low season and thought it was good value. The location was great; only a 10minute (ish) walk to the main square and lots of nice shops and tearooms along the way. The hotel was only a 15 min walk from the grand Market where the famous clock tower in the movie "in brugges" was filmed. Only 10 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk into the centre (The Belfry) the opposite way. The hotel is basically in the middle of these so a very good location! At night the hotel was very quiet so you can get some sleep. There is a bar that is open till late but this is quite pricey in my opinion. However, there is a shop opposite […] the hotel where you can buy all kinds of soft and alcoholic drinks, snacks & souvenirs that was open till 10pm. The rooms have air conditioning which you can control the temperature of to your liking, The sofa in the bedroom was a sofa bed & there is a hair dryer in the bathroom but NO Iron/trouser press in the rooms. We took our travel iron. The TV has BBC1, BBC2 & ITV and some other non-UK channels. There are a number of plug sockets in the room so you can charge your phones, gadgets and Laptops etc... TIP: We took a 4 plug UK extension lead & plugged that into the travel adapter and then the wall socket. As well as there being a mirror in the bathroom, there is a long mirror just as you enter the room. If your other half starts moaning about how her GHDs dont reach etc!... - There is a plug just below the switch as you enter the room and insert your Room Key card that will make the GHDs reach! Breakfast is a buffet of eggs, bacon, beans, potatoes etc as well as juices, cereals, cheese, cold meats and lots of bread (inc croissants), tea's & coffee. Good solid choice, but nothing spectacular. The location is good, but there are other more central options. Our ground floor room had some traffic noise from outside, plus some from above. Next time I'd either try a more central tourist hotel that offers slightly better value for money, or opt for the cheaper Hotel Ibis next door.
