No hotel lobby on ground floor. Must take elevator to 5th floor to check in and out. Not all elevators access the ground floor. If you are leaving your room, you must take an elevator that stops on 5th floor, change elevator, and then go to ground floor. Very inconvenient. Room is very small. This hotel fits our budget range when we were looking for hotel in HK. It was just opened in Sept 2012. Our room was surprisingly bigger than what we expected for the amount paid. There was room for built in desk/clothes hanging area. We got a room with partial view of mountain. The only thing that needs improvement was the standing shower area.
