The Mia Casa hotel is brand new. We had a little misunderstanding about their rates at first, but I believe it was because of a language barrier. Things... worked out in the long run. We stayed there for another four days the following week. They even upgraded us to a larger room on a higher floor with a private balcony for the same price by Chris M from San Jose, CA on 01/16/12
