there was to much noise from the consturction going on next door.We was on the 39th floor and heard the noise like we was on the 1st floor. Resturant service was very slow and over priced. "Nice hotel with decent price"

"Harbour Grand Hong Kong - Truly Grand"
My wife, 8-year old daughter and I absolutely LOVED this hotel. The room was clean, and suprisingly large for Hong Kong standards (enough room for a desk to work on and a rollaway bed for my daughter to sleep in). The lobby is stunning, the cafe restaurant was great (albeit a bit pricey), room service was excellent, but most importantly the gym and […] the swimming pool were fabulous. We stayed for 10 nights, and used the swimming pool 9 of the 10 nights we were there (it's open until 9 pm and heated to 84 degrees). The hotel also arranged for us to have an early check-in (our flight from the US arrived in Hong Kong at 7:00 am and we were in our room by 11:00 am) and a late check-out at 2:00 p.m. All-in-all, it was a great stay at a reasonable price by Hong Kong standards, and it had all of the ammenities that we were looking for. The hotel was wonderfully overstaffed. Assistance was always readily available. Hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a room right by the elevators and did not hear a sound. I was disappointed in the price of obtaining internet service and the price of the restaurant meals. The food was good and the buffet was huge but the price was just too much. Great hotel in a good location, close to the metro. We were given a free upgrade and were very happy with our spacious (by Hong Kong standards) room with panoramic views of the harbour. Staff were brilliant, too. Beware of the very expensive restaurants and bar - 2 cocktails cost £20, for example. "Quiet and also convenient"
The hotel is at a quiet cul-de-sac facing the harbour. The view is great. It is also convenient, only 5 minutes walk to the MTR station, which is only 2 stops away from the busy Causeway Bay. "Très bel hôtel à 5 mn du métro et du tramway"
Hall de l'hôtel majestueux avec joueuse de harpe le soir . Service de conciergerie très serviable (félicitations et merci à Valentina pour son aide ) . Navette très pratique pour l'aéroport . Mon épouse et moi avions une chambre au 22 ème étage avec une très belle vue sur la baie . Chambre d'environ 45 m2 avec lit " king size " ( très bonne literie […] ) , magnifique SdB (combiné astucieux de baignoire et douche) , propreté de la chambre , coffre fort , mini bar , peignoirs , pantoufles ,etc… Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le plateau de fruits et les deux petites bouteilles d'eau offerts à notre arrivée . Nous avons diné dans 2 des 3 restaurants qui se trouvent dans l'hôtel ( buffet au 3 ème et gastronomique au 41 ème ) . Le buffet était varié et copieux mais un peu cher . Quant au restaurant du dernier étage , à ne rater sous aucun prétexte car tout a été parfait (très bon rapport qualité / prix ) : vue panoramique extraordinaire , qualité de la nourriture, confort , service , musiciens ( félicitations et merci à Ariane pour son aide ) . Package "Club" pour un prix raisonnable qui donne accès au salon du 41ème étage avec vue époustouflante sur la baie de HK (délicieux petit déjeuner et boissons gratuites durant tout le jour et la soirée).
