We had a hard time finding the enterance. Nice 4 th floor complementary coffee, water and wifi area. Room small but very combat with everything you need. Could walk to a lot of restaurants and shops.

Walking distance to both Sheung Wan and Central MTR stations as well as Lan Kwai Fong and the Mid-Levels Escalator. Also nearby is a Pacific Coffee, Man Mo Temple, and the Cat Street markets. The Lan Kwai Fong Hotel is a boutique style hotel with a minimalistic lobby used for check-in/ check-out. All the rooms & small gym are on upper floors. The decor is Asian style with a simple shower (only) and a double bed. We requested views of the Causeway Bay and received a fairly decent view blocked only by a a couple of buildings. Good value for HK. Location is convenient (short walk) to MTR and Lan Kwai Fong. Rooms are tiny but otherwise fine. Everything was clean, staff are helpful. No complaints. As a business traveler, I've stayed here many times. Didn't try the restaurant.

nice, centrally located chinese style hotel. Many of our Hong Kong clients knew the hotel. Very friendly staff. Soho and Lan Kwai Fong within walking distance - there are various restaurants, bars etc. We easily found a tiny, very good restaurant. The only negative thing was the Lobby: it is an open-air terrace on the 4th floor with self service coffee/tea […] facility. Quite nicely done -but for meeting clients not always optimal - we had construction work going on next "door", so it was very loud and noisy in this "lobby". This hotel is in a great location for exploring the Hong Kong Island area of Hong Kong as well as riding the subway to the Kowloon area. The staff were very helpful when we needed suggestions about places to visit and how to get there. We especially appreciated the fresh fruit and bottle of wine that were complementary in our room.

The hotel is located just off Hollywood Road and there are lots of shops, restaurants, bars, fresh food markets, etc., within easy walking distance. Room was nicely decorated, modern, and clean -- nice shower. Staff was courteous and prompt. There is a community room on 4th floor with hot/cold beverages and free WIFI -- a nice place to hang out.

Boutique high rise hotel. LImited view of harbour due to intervening skyscrapers. Access via car is somewhat difficult because of one way street traffic in Hong Kong. Rooms are small but quaint. Great for business traveler.

Hong Kong is not a cheap place to stay; I have stayed at several places in the past have determined this hotel to be a good place to stay based on price and location. All rooms are small in HK; this hotel is no different. Perfect location and neighborhood, mix of new and old HK shops and restaurants, very close to subways station. Room is clean and comfortable but bathroom is extremely small and toilet paper was a bit rough. The view from room was magnificent (31st floor). Wifi is a supplement, pretty standard, but still upsetting in view of the room price.

This is a great hotel for the price, especially because most hotels in the central city area are super expensive... Location: very close (10m walk) to the Central subway station, which includes Airport Express and a couple other major lines. There is also a hotel shuttle that takes you to the airport train station for free. Also close to some major […] tourist attractions like Victoria Peak Tram and Lan Kwai Fong, which is misleading because the hotel is NOT actually in Lan Kwai Fong as the name suggests. Neighborhood: Not the best... kind of dirty with a lot of street vendors and litter, but seems safe enough. If you walk toward town for 5 mins it gets nicer. Lots of eateries and city-life buzz nearby. Lobby: free wifi which is nice. Not in the rooms though. Overall kept pretty clean, had no issues with that. The staff are very nice and most speak english well enough to answer basic questions. Rooms: small but very good for asian standards. Big enough to walk around without tripping on your suitcase (which is usually what I experience in most European and Asian hotels). The decor is very nice, they go for kind of a modern/trendy-oriental look. There's a safe in the room. Gym: clean but small with couple of treadmills, all-in-one weight machine, some free weights. Enough for a short stay. Never saw anyone else in there so I'm sure the machines are always available. Thinks there's also a restaurant but never went, with all the cheap eateries available in the area. Overall, had a good stay and would return, though it's more for people who are looking for a comfortable stay for a good deal. This hotel is very conveniently located in the LKF district, one of the best in HK for dinners and bars and nightlife. It's also very well connected to anywhere else in HK, and taxis are easy to find. Definitively recommended.

We stayed here for two nights and it was a pleasant experience. They provide free shuttle pick up from / to Hong Kong Central station. Within 10 minutes walk to the nearest MTR station, but we got lost in our first attempt because of the way the hotel is situated, I wish they had provided us with "turn-by-turn" walking direction cheat sheet to the MTR […] station. We love the beautiful oriental-styled decoration of the room, the size was comfortable enough for the two us to move around, it has big windows with beautiful view of the harbor from 30th floor. We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of May which is the start of HK's humid months and we found the room difficult to de-humidfy. We felt damp a lot of the times. Avoid the 7th Floor restaurant for breakfast - it is really expensive for what you can get elsewhere. The coffee is quite good though, but pricey. We paid extra to stay on one of the top floors (30th) with harbor views, which I think was worth it. But I'm pretty sure you can get some harbor views down lower as well. Read more

It is literally 2 mins away from the Sheung Wan stop on Hong Kong Island and within walking distance to Central, Soho and LKF. Definitely very convenient.
