The location is pretty nice because there is lots of interesting neighborhoods around. However, there are some problems with the hotel. We asked for a non-smoking room, but got a smoking room. When we got to our new room after asking for a change, the room looked like it wasn't fully cleaned up. It was missing water bottles and other toiletries and […] there was trash in the trash bin, including used pantyhose. When we used the shuttle service, the guy was pretty rude and when we were waiting for a pickup back to the hotel, we saw him drive right past us 5 minutes early. Eventually we got a cab and then we found ourselves right behind the shuttle, meaning that the shuttle sped past us and sat around somewhere so that it would get back to the hotel at the correct time as if it did wait to pick up people. Location - Impossible to get anywhere from this hotel. Taxi's are hestitant to stop particulary on game day during the 7's and forget public transportation, by the time the bus stops across the street from the hotel, its full. Comfort - I can difinitively say this is the most uncomfortable hotel. the beds are like cement blocks, the pillows are well […] like cement blocks, the shower leaks, the room service is outrageously expensive for the quality, and the rooms are general need of updating. "Surprisingly accessible to many places..."
Although the subway are not within walking distance, but the airport transfers bus stop and the electric trams are within a minute distance. In fact, you can easily access to many places with the buses and electric trams around. The hotel is comfortable and clean. It was our second stay there. The hotel, although not very close to the harbour front, was well located. A tram stop outside the hotel, which linked in with the MTR. Found 2 very good local restaurants. Overall, the hotel is fine. The rooms are a good size for Hong Kong and the location has good access to the transit system. The gym as a big let down. 홍콩역에서 pick up service가 있어서 호텔까지 이동하는데는 불편없이 좋았어요. 호텔에서 나갈 때도 셩완이나 홍콩역까지 이용할 수 있는 셔틀버스가 시간별로 있어서 좋았구요. 혹시나 셔틀을 이용해서 나가지 못한다면 호텔 앞에 트램이나 버스가 바로 있어서 이동하는데는 큰 어려움이 없었어요. 셩완역까지도 걸어서 20분정도 밖에 안 걸리구요.그리고 중심가에서 살짝 벗어나있는 주거지역에 위치한거라 붐비지 않고 좋았어요. 3명이서 갔는데 간이침대도 넣어주시고, 이용하는데 불편함은 없었던거 같아요. 내부에서 생활이나 이동할 때나.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

가격대비 그냥저냥 지낼만은 했다 하지만, 예약한 방과 다른 방을 배정해줘서 다시 바꿔야하는 번거로움과 카드키가 제대로 동작하지 않아서 또 한번 내려갔다와야 하는 번거로움을 겪었다. 그리고 홍콩을 여행함에 있어서, 셩완역과 거리가 있어서 이동하는데 약간은 불편함이 있었다. 그래도 홍콩 호텔비가 비싼것에 비하면, 그럭저럭 지낼만은 했다.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
